Your satisfaction with our product is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it.

returning items by mail

1. Detach the customer copy (top portion) of the return form to keep for your records.
2. On the return form, circle the item(s) that you are returning.
3. Please note the reason for the return.
4. Indicate if you prefer a charge credit (to the card originally used), a refund check, or an exchange.
5. If you're exchanging, let us know what you'd like by completing the information on the reverse side of the return form. We pay the shipping costs for the order sent in exchange.
6. Circle the name and address where we should send the check or exchange. If the address is different, please complete the box on the reverse side of the return form.
7. Pack and seal your return securely (in the original package if possible) and include the return form. We've provided a return label for your convenience. Packages must be returned prepaid -- we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
