confirming your order If you've provided a valid email address when you order you will receive two e-mails: the first confirms your order the second confirms your shipment out of stock items While we make every effort not to be out of stock, occasionally we are out of certain items. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you by e-mail or phone.
